PRIVATE Training Event for Ellis Auto Group
This is a PRIVATE training event for the Jim Ellis Auto Group. NOT open to the public or other Dealerships.
All stores attending will be split into 2 Teams:
- Team (A) – 1/2 of the Variable, including managers
- Team (B) – 1/2 of the Variable, including managers
Date: January 9th, 2025
Times of the sessions:
Team A: 8am – 9am (1 hour dedicated to Managers)
Team A: 9am – 12pm (3 hours for Salespeople & Managers)
12-3pm (3 hours allowed for transition of Teams)
Team B: 3pm – 4pm (1 hour dedicated to Managers)
Team B: 4pm – 7pm (3 hours for Salespeople & Managers)
NOTE FOR ALL MANAGERS ^ 1/2 of the Managers from each Team will come for 1 dedicated hour BEFORE the Sales team AND THEN stay with the sales team for the next 3 hours. Your schedule is 4 total hours from managers AND 3 total hours from salespeople.
