Michael Paulk brings over 30 years of selling, management, and leadership experience to Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions. From 15 years in the US Army serving as a Ranger and Special Operations soldier, to over a decade as a Stockbroker, and six years as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry, Mike understands what it takes to be a successful manager and leader. He truly lives by the Ranger motto, “Rangers Lead the Way!” always leading by example. He is committed to helping everyone he trains and works with to become better salespeople, managers, trainers, and overall great leaders.
