Joe Lescota conducts workshops and seminars specializing in: used vehicle operations, financial statement analysis and general management for franchised dealers, OEM's and independent auto dealers.
He also offers confidential in-house and on-line consulting services for retail auto dealerships within the U.S. and Canada.
By focusing on improving; sales, gross profits and most importantly NET PROFIT, he utilizes a holistic, contemporary consultative approach.
Joe introduces dealers and their executive team to a consistent and measurable process for evaluating their financial statement.

He will evaluate all current processes and when necessary suggest proven, effective processes in; inventory management including acquisition, reconditioning, pricing and marketing, consumer friendly sales techniques leading to maximum customer satisfaction, net profitability and overall efficiencies. He believes today's "Road to a Sale" should include detours leading to greater sales volume. He's also a very firm believer in establishing processes and training to improve sales volume leading to improved sales volume by doing more with less and that an effective used vehicle department can lead to enhanced; new vehicle, fixed operations and F&I sales.
He has have conducted used vehicle workshops and seminars for many auto manufacturers including; GM, Ford, Chrysler, Volvo, Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Honda Canada, Chrysler Mexico, Proton in Malaysia.
His emphasis in on practical, real world solutions meeting today's retail auto dealership challenges and needs. New world consumer demands and purchasing styles requires new world leadership and management styles. Joe believes the old adage of; "You just gotta figure each salesperson is gonna sell 10 cars each every month..." never made any sense and still doesn't make sense today.
